These Terms of Service govern your use of aseperfumes.ae and any purchase you make from Aṣé Perfumes, a business operating in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection — any clause that would is void to that extent.

1. Products and information

We take care to describe our fragrances, their volumes and prices accurately. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging may occur. All prices are displayed in AED and the total you confirm at checkout — including any delivery fee — is the full amount payable.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where fraud is suspected — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full promptly.

3. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. A dated invoice is provided with every order; an Arabic-language invoice is available on request.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Returns, refunds and defects

Returns and refunds are handled per our Return & Refund Policy, which reflects your statutory rights to repair, replacement or refund of defective goods free of charge.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use content from the site (including images and text) for commercial purposes without our permission. All trademarks and content remain the property of Aṣé Perfumes.

7. Liability

We are liable as provided by UAE law, including for defective products under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, though your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We aim to settle any complaint promptly and amicably — contact info@aseperfumes.ae first. You may also contact the Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department (800 1222) or the competent courts of the UAE.
